High temper aluminium main ‘C’ sections will be used. The upper pathway will consist of 2 mm thick chequered plate made from HINDALCO aluminium or equivalent, suitable for marine and commercial use.

The complete aluminium gangway ladder will be assembled using Stainless Steel 304 fasteners.

Step treads will be provided on the upper surface at every 300 mm interval.

The ladder is guaranteed for 12 months against manufacturing defects.

Total safe working load capacity: 500 kgs at a time.

Special hooks and eye holes are provided at the top for securing the gangway.

Heavy-duty solid rollers (size ranging from 6x2 to 8x2 inches) are provided at one end for easy movement.

The gangway ladder is fabricated and joined using SS 304 nylock nut bolting. No mild steel (MS) is used in fabrication except for front hooks, rear rollers, and certain joints where MS plates and bolts are used.

Hand railings (stanchions) are fixed at approx. 48-inch intervals, made from MS pipes (1 inch dia, 2 mm thickness), and are detachable.

Manufacturer’s test certificate stating Safe Working Load of 500 kgs will be provided with supply.
